If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 30 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased. Any damaged eyeshadow palettes received, please send an email to customer service for instructions on how to return the damaged palette. Any returns sent without a RA# will automatically be denied. EXCLUSIONS for RETURN: Eye lashes, eyeshadows, Pigments, used eyeshadow palettes are not refundable/exchangeable. Sale items, promotional offers (including, but not limited to, BOGO 50% off, bundles, and/or any discounts applied at checkout), or limited edition products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund for sanitary reasons.
